The LIDERAMOS National Latino Leadership Symposium is the premier national gathering designed to elevate, connect, and strengthen Latino and Latina leaders from across the United States. This dynamic, three-day experience brings together upwards of 200 emerging and established leaders, program directors, organizers, and alumni who are committed to advancing leadership grounded in culture, community, and collective impact.
In 2026, the Colorado Springs Hispanic Education Foundation and the Adelante Leadership Institute will proudly serve as co-hosts, welcoming Latino talent from across the country to Southern Colorado. Together with LIDERAMOS, the symposium will offer a vibrant space for:
